Selling or Listing A Home In CT After Jan. 1, 2014? CO Detector Law Is Going To Impact You

You should remember that a new law regarding CO (Carbon Monoxide) detectors will now impact home Sellers and their listing agents effective Jan. 1, 2014.  In the video below, CAR General Counsel Eugene Marconi explains the new law going into effect 1/1/14. Go to http://www.ctrealtor.com/carbonmonoxide for a copy of the affidavit to use related to detectors along with other information.
