Ryan Lajoie

Ryan is celebrating his 10th year in business and as an ECAR member this year. Ryan is the Broker Associate of Johnston & Associates Real Estate in Thompson. He is licensed in both CT & MA.

Ryan particularly enjoys working with fix & flip sellers. Although he isn’t involved financially, he enjoys the process of finding homes with great potential in need of repair, and seeing the finished product. He takes pride in the project as if it was his own and his sellers value this dedication.

Ryan was honored to have been named one of Realtor Magazines 30 agent under 30 years old in 2014. Within the association, he is currently serving the Board of Directors at as the Treasurer. He also is a member of the YPN committee,  Finance Committee & Strategic Planning. With CTR, he serves as a State Director and is a member of the Communications Committee. He has received the quarterly sales award and has recently had 50+ transactions a year for the past couple years.

In his community, Ryan is currently the President (King Lion) of the Thompson Lions Club. He has also previously been the Chair of the Thompson Economic Development Commission. He also volunteers locally & is a strong advocate of supporting local businesses.

Ryan lives in Thompson with his wife Amanda, and their new son Rhett along with their two dogs Cooper & Emma-Jo. He enjoys being outside; hunting, fishing, hiking along with skiing & biking along with spending time on his backhoe working on their new home site.
